At Balance Chiropractic & Wellness Centre our team consists of Winnipeg chiropractors, massage therapists, and athletic therapists.


Dr. Chris Enns, B.Sc., D.C.
Dr. Chris Enns, earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Manitoba and completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life Chiropractic College West in California, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is currently licensed in Manitoba, holding memberships with the Manitoba Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. Dr. Enns is certified to prescribe and dispense custom orthotics. He takes a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare with a focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Lindsay Skiba, Adv. RMT, CLT, CST
Lindsay’s background in fitness and training, and her interest in sports injury rehabilitation, influenced her decision to obtain an Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist diploma from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba. Lindsay is also certified in the application of medical lasers from AIMLA and is among the first in Canada to offer class IV laser therapy using the LiteCure LCT1000. She is trained in Orthopaedic assessment and focuses on injury treatment by using a combination of laser and manual therapy including Deep Tissue, Sports, Myofascial, and Trigger Point Release massage techniques. Her clientele includes post-surgical patients to weekend warriors to pro athletes.

Cherilyn McMurray, Adv. RMT
Cherilyn received her diploma as an Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2003. She has worked at spas as well as multi-disciplinary centres, both in Winnipeg and Calgary. Cherilyn focuses in Deep Tissue/Therapeutic, Sports, Pregnancy, Trigger Point Release and Swedish/Relaxation massage techniques.

Alison Longo, MSc, CAT(C), RMT
Alison obtained an Advanced Standing Massage Therapy diploma from the Ontario College of Health & Technology. In addition to practicing as a Certified Athletic Therapist for over 10 years, she has instructed musculoskeletal anatomy courses to students of various health professions and enjoys teaching group fitness classes. Her unique academic background and therapeutic skill set allow her to create effective personalized treatments. Alison has worked with a variety of clientele ranging from active individuals to varsity and national level athletes. She uses a combination of manual therapeutic approaches, including Deep Tissue/Therapeutic, Sports, Trigger Point Release and Swedish/Relaxation massage techniques. Alison is also currently pursuing a PhD in Human Anatomy and Cell Science from the University of Manitoba.
Dave Gagnon, RMT
Dave obtained his diploma in Massage Therapy from Robertson College. He is trained in assessment of injuries, structural and functional imbalances, and TMJ disorders. Whether dealing with injuries from day-to-day activities, sports or occupation, Dave’s focus is to decrease pain while improving the quality of movement. He uses a combination of manual therapy approaches, including Deep Tissue/Therapeutic, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Active/Passive Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish/Relaxation massage techniques. Alyssa Reagh, B.Kin., CAT(C)
Alyssa Reagh is a University of Manitoba graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Recreation Management specializing in Athletic Therapy. She is certified in Acupuncture Therapy and specializes in soft tissue therapy and exercise rehabilitation. She worked with the MMJHL Stonewall Jets as their athletic therapist, which provided her with the opportunity to use her emergency first response skills, rapid assessment and bracing techniques. She is regularly searching for new research and education in the field as well as acquiring new skills and techniques to ensure a rapid return to work and sport for her clients.

Colin Olbert, B.Kin., CAT(C)
Colin is a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with a specialization in Athletic Therapy. He has developed numerous skills while working in the clinical and field settings, including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation techniques, and other specialized modalities. Colin has also completed internships with the Winnipeg Jets and Winnipeg Blue Bombers, where he assisted with the treatment of the athletes and the implementation of various rehabilitation programs.
